I am an assistant professor of Management & Organization at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. I completed my PhD at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

My research explores the relationship between workers’ autonomy and wellbeing. Empirically, my work often focuses on how the time and space of work is being reshaped by technologies, in ways that intersects with gender and class.
